When the New Year rolls around we all like to make fitness and health goals. We also know how hard it can be to stick to them for very long.

Jantastic is a fun, simple, free fitness challenge to keep you motivated and achieve your personal performance, fitness or health goals through winter and spring.

You can:

  • set your own personal targets.
  • choose to jog/run, cycle or swim jantastic or do a combination of all three.
  • create/join a team or do it solo.

So sign up, and don’t forget to choose Manchester Harriers as your team name
