Seniors’ Endurance Training w/c 7th Dec

Training sessions at Wythenshawe are back on for those in Greater Manchester. Social distancing still applies.

After few discussions, we’re going to try a Lydiard training plan. Malcolm is still working through the details, so this week is light on instruction:

Tue: 6 mile Aerobic (steady) run.
