Congratulations to Isaac Henderson of Cheltenham and County Harriers who was the fastest athlete on the night in a time of 4:19.58. Isaac’s name will be engraved on the Harry Sharp Challenge Bowl and he gets to be the custodian of that for the year. He also won the fastest senior male trophy.

Congratulations to Ruby Sykes of Holmfirth Harriers AC who was the fastest female on the night and will have her name engraved on the Rose Bowl. Ruby is the first female athlete to run sub 5 minutes since the competition restarted in 2014, running a very speedy 4:55.65. Ruby was also awarded the fastest senior female trophy.

Other trophy winners were Chester Gately of Halifax Harriers & AC who was the fastest u17 male in 4:22.48, Eva Smith of City of Sheffield and Dearne AC who was the fastest u17 female in 5:45.71, Bruno Lima who was the fastest vet male in 4:27.38 and Danielle Jepson of Fylde Coast Runners who was fastest vet female in 5:35.31.

U17 Chris Parikh won the One Mile Flat trophy which is awarded to the fastest Manchester Harrier on the night. He ran a speedy 4:41.40.
