SUNDAY 15TH Long run
MONDAY 16TH 5 mile steady
TUESDAY 17TH 3 x 600 (400 jog recovery) 1 mile warm up, 1 mile warm down
WEDNESDAY 18TH 5 mile steady
THURSDAY 19TH Fartlek 4 miles (1 mile warm up 2 miles Fartlek, 1 mile warm down)
FRIDAY 20TH Rest day
SATURDAY 21ST Race or sustained run
