Feedback from the Beginners Group

‘Why did you decide to join Wythenshawe Park run group and how are you finding it?’
Dorothy – ‘I completed a big swim last year and this year I wanted to do something different. I found out about the Parkrun events and decided that I would love to be able to complete a 5km Parkrun comfortably and in different parks around the country’
Barbara – ‘I am trying to get fitter and back into running as I used to run a lot a few years ago. I would also love to complete a triathlon. Running is also something I find I can do easily in the winter months. Debbie and the group are very motivational and I have even joined the club recently!’
Sandra & Geoff – ‘this time last year we would not expect to be asking for running gear for Christmas but we did and our daughters got us leggings and fleece’s.’
